REUSE INTERN (Wednesday-Saturday) Assist the Reuse Coordinator with the daily tasks of running and managing the Reuse Room. Task include helping with customers at the register, cutting yardage and trim, keeping the reuse room organized, processing new inventory into the reuse room. COMMUNITY INTERN (Wednesday-Saturday) The Community Intern will assist the Community Coordinator with volunteer sessions, sorting processes, and community reuse opportunities. -lead volunteer sessions (train volunteers to sort material for recycling) community operations (ex: using Eventbrite, understanding volunteer/sorting data) ONLINE STORE INTERN (Tuesday-Friday) Assist the Online Store Coordinator with the management and fulfillment of online store orders. -preparing inventory for online store orders -creating scrap packs -cutting/counting yardage -building yard packs -preparing and packing boxes -organizing and managing online shop inventory -editing photos for uploads to online shop -helping with social media content creation and outreach WAREHOUSE INTERN ( Monday-Friday) Interns will help Ops Team in day-to-day tasks and develop in-depth knowledge of processes and resources, digital and physical. - daily lifting, pulling, pushing, etc of materials weighing as much as 50 pounds - maintaining Warehouse organization - answering operation questions and solving operation problems HQ ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN (Monday-Friday) Working directly with the Founder & CEO on administrative projects, with a special focus on fundraising via individual contributions: building donation campaigns, donor communications, donor stewardship, etc. Must be extremely organized with great attention to detail, ready to move quickly, and comfortable working independently.
